106 MENDAKI ANNUAL REPORT 2020 GLOBAL RADIANCE GROUP MENDAKI signed a a a a a a Memorandum of Understanding with Global Radiance Group of Maritime Companies on 23 March 2020 to introduce three new bursaries that supports Muslim students who are pursuing their post- secondary education They are: - ETF – Global Radiance Group Assistance Scheme - ETF – Siddiqui Assistance Scheme (NITEC Bursary) - ETF – Siddiqui Assistance Scheme (PFP Bursary) RAIKAN ILMU Apart from monetary support through the educational assistance schemes MENDAKI worked closely with community partners in in other initiatives such as Raikan Ilmu a a a a month- long celebration of knowledge and lifelong learning In 2020 over 50 partners came together and supported Raikan Ilmu by conducting various online learning activities workshops and seminars These initiatives were targeted for families and individuals of all ages from parents with young children to students and youths as as well as as adult learners
