22 JUL 23 JUL MENDAKI Education Symposium MENDAKI’s Education Symposium 2020 was held online over 3 days from 22 to 24 July 2020 The symposium attracted more than 1 300 preschool professionals practitioners primary school school teachers as well as as interested individuals both local and overseas In In collaboration with the National Institute of Education Centre for Research in Child Development the symposium provided a a a platform for sharing insights issues findings and latest developments in in fin in in early childhood learning and development Mentor Engagement with Minister On 23 July 2020 Minister Masagos Zulkifli Chairman of MENDAKI met 70 mentors under the various M3 mentoring programmes Also present were Member of Parliament for Jurong GRC Mdm Rahayu Mahzam and representatives from the M3 agencies During the online engagement Minister Masagos Zulkifli not only shared his experiences and gave encouraging words to to the mentors he he also acknowledged the important role that mentors play in in equipping youth with a a a a positive mindset and motivating them to achieve their aspirations MENDAKI ANNUAL REPORT 2020 112
