94 READING @ CYBER GARDENS With the the theme ‘Embracing Learning and Resilience through Stories of Nature’ Reading @ the Gardens returned as Reading @ Cyber Gardens an hour-long virtual event held live on MENDAKI’s Facebook and YouTube channel As part of MENDAKI’s RI 2020 the event aimed to instil the love for reading among families especially the young and how learning can take place anytime anywhere MENDAKI- IPS POLICY DIALOGUE With the topic on ‘Developing a Resilient Community through Lifelong Learning’ the MENDAKI-Institute of Policy Studies (IPS) Policy Dialogue aimed to engage the Malay/ Muslim community in national policy issues whilst providing a unique platform for for community stakeholders to voice their views in in in an informed setting The MENDAKI-IPS Policy Dialogue was held as as part of MENDAKI’s annual Raikan Ilmu (Celebrate Knowledge) focussing on getting the community to embrace lifelong learning as part of their culture MENDAKI ANNUAL REPORT 2020
