Job Summary
The jobholder (2-year contract) focuses on programme evaluation and ensures that MENDAKI programmes are evaluated and assessed with rigour. Will also provide support to Perform In School’s HOD in the function of Research, Design and Evaluation of school programme, community and family’s engagement issues to better meet the needs of the Malay/Muslim community.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Programme Evaluation
- To implement suitable evaluation frameworks and processes (such as but not limited to MENDAKI Re-AIM Framework) to the Programme Owners for the impact assessment of the M3 programmes under their purview, and all other MENDAKI programmes.
- To build capacity of Programme Owners in carrying out programme evaluation
2. Stakeholder Management (Internal and External)
- Assist the HOD to lead engagements and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders such as ministries, national agencies, and Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), and internally with MENDAKI teams.
- Develop a framework of collaboration with partners/ stakeholders in data management, and information sharing.
3. Research, Data and Programme Evaluation Support
- Partner policy-ops team in research, analysis and evaluation requirements.
- Manage organisational data profiling, mapping and analysis.
4. Other Duties
- Provide executive support for Management Meeting/ Conferences.
- Planning of the department budget (Mid-term and year-end).
- Deliverables of Research & Programme Evaluation work plan.
- New project and initiatives to build team’s contents and capacity.
Requirements
- Degree in any related field from a recognised institution.
- At least 5 years relevant professional experience.
- Exposure in research Methods and Analysis.
- Exposure in Departmental Work Planning.
- Exposure in Data Analysis.
- High level of organisational skills with an ability to work well under pressure.
- Demonstrable leadership competencies, team-oriented, interpersonal skills, creative problem solving, results-driven and meticulous.
- Able to think strategically and translate strategies to operational and tangible results.
- Meticulous and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Organised with good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
