MENDAKI’s Fund-Raising Events in 2024

In 2024, Yayasan MENDAKI (“MENDAKI”) continued to receive strong financial support from individuals, corporate, and community partners who share our mission. The contributions were used to run Education Trust Fund (ETF) programmes mainly ETF Flexi Fund, ETF – Big Heart Student Care Centre (ETF – BHSCC), ETF – ITE Start Up Cost (ETF – ITE SUC) and ETF bursaries and scholarships, benefitting more than 2,000 beneficiaries last year.

As of 31 Dec 2024, we raised more than $2 million, including the following campaigns:

• Online Donation Drive and Mosque Tin Collection: close to $250,000
• MENDAKI has also received more than $35,000 worth of donations in kind from corporate partners such as NUS, NTUC Fairprice Group and Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI).
• New and current individual and corporate donors were also engaged to contribute towards our effort to build the ETF Endowment Fund, and these efforts helped raise more than $1.75 million in total.

We are deeply grateful for their support and look forward to fostering more partnerships in the future.
