PROGRESSING AS A COMMUN ITY PROGRESSING WITH OUR PROFESSIONALS AND YOUTHS Under the Future Ready pillar, professionals from different fields were invited to join the Professional Networks, a new initiative with the objective of enabling skilled personnel to come together and contribute their expertise. These sharing sessions provided opportunities for individuals in the same industry to gain deeper insights from one another about the evolution of their respective industries. The networks were also called upon to give back to the community through their respective skills. As a result, many of the professionals contributed their time as Human Libraries during engagement sessions with students in the institutes of higher learning (IHL). 37 MENDAKI ANNUAL REPORT 2019
