PROGRESSING AS A COMMUNITY They offered guidance to the youths regarding their academic pursuits, current job landscapes and future career pathways. In sharing their education and career experiences, these sessions provided the opportunity for youths to meet real-life role models in the industries they intend to pursue. Held across various M3@Towns, the engagements with IHL students were also a new initiative by the Future Ready pillar in 2019. With the intent of journeying with youths as they embark on their educational pathways, these engagements serve as a platform to build the foundation towards a Community of Success through education. Four IHL engagement sessions were held that year. The sharing sessions graced by Malay/Muslim Members of Parliament at the respective M3@Towns allowed IHL students to get to know the support systems available at their district and opportunities offered to contribute to the community.
