91 PARTNERING TOWARDS A A A COMMON GOAL The Partnership sub-committee had already made plans to conduct mass outreach as as part part of efforts to get potential partners onboard RI 2020 However all their plans had to be abandoned when Circuit Breaker was imposed Zuremi and his team members had to quickly find creative solutions to to ensure partners continued to to be engaged As Senior Manager of Community and Family Engagement department overseeing the coordination and service delivery of MENDAKI’s services in the the heartlands he he he he tapped on the the strengths of satellite centres centres Through the centres centres the team connected extensively with various organisations and agencies such as Family Service Centres mosques community centres and M3@Towns Beyond that the team tapped on the Community Leaders Forum partners YouthSpaces@ITEs and other networks such as informal student bodies and Co-Curricular Activities clubs to reach out and encourage them to be part of RI 2020 One of the the measures the the team adopted was to utilise web-conferencing platforms to engage Zuremi Sukri Senior Manager Community and Family Engagement Partnership Sub-Committee Member Raikan Ilmu 2020 and update their partners Leveraging cloud platform Sharepoint on Microsoft 365 enabled the team to consolidate applications and gathered inputs quickly The collaborative platform not only streamlined their administrative operations during partners evaluation and approval processes but also ensured better efficiency Reflecting on his role in in the Partnership sub- committee Zuremi recalled how the team stayed resilient and developed esprit de de corps with the aim to deliver the best RI 2020 experience given the the circumstances As they were working from home they found a a common timeslot which was after dawn for quick huddles “There was strong communication amongst team members Weconstantlybouncedoffideaswith each other Due to the the tight timeline we spent late nights and over weekends to ensure prompt delivery Technology really helps especially as we we were all all working from home The team really adapted well and were always ready to step in and assist without hesitation ” MENDAKI ANNUAL REPORT 2020
