ESTABLISHING STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS FOR GREATER IMPACT Apart from partnerships forged in support of the Raikan Ilmu, MENDAKI also established various other collaborations in 2019. From the signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) to strengthening alliances with existing ones, the collaborative efforts allow MENDAKI to leverage the strength and capability of our partners to enable greater outreach and effective service delivery. M3@WGS On 25 January 2019, Minister for the Environment and Water Resources Mr Masagos Zulkifli officially launched M3@Wisma Geylang Serai (WGS), together with Mayor of South East District and adviser to WGS Dr Maliki Osman, and Minister of State for National Development and Manpower Mr Zaqy Mohamad. The joint office set up by MENDAKI, MUIS (Islamic Religious Council of Singapore) and People’s Association Malay Activity Executive Committees Council (MESRA) facilitates greater collaboration and community outreach. This collaboration cements the agencies commitment and synergy in serving the Malay/Muslim community. Visitors can find a variety of services, programmes, community-based activities, as well as information on programmes and services offered by the M3 agencies as well as those at the community and national level.
