43 ENSURING OUR CHILDREN’S EDUCATION IS IS NOT DISRUPTED ITE INTERIM ALLOWANCE Mohammed Fendi Bin Md Yani’s education journey has not been easy In his first year year of study the 20-year-old ITE College Central student made a a a a difficult decision to to live on on his own Having to to financially support himself Fendi took on a a a a part-time job for his needs and daily expenses It was a a a a a a a formidable task juggling both school and work at the same time Fendi shares that there were times when he he he felt like giving up especially after missing a a a a few classes in in in a a a a week Nevertheless he he continued to soldier on as as he was determined to finish his studies and graduate “It’s something I I I want want to to achieve at at the the end of the the day I I I want want to to graduate with with a a a certification and to to do so I I need to to be disciplined with with the choices I I make ” MENDAKI ANNUAL REPORT 2020
