Liaison Officer initiative is to strengthen last-mile service delivery and deepen community outreach. Our Liaison Officers serve as key touchpoints between MENDAKI, community partners and Malay/Muslim residents – helping to raise awareness of programmes and services, coordinate local resources and connect families to essential assistance, including befriending or mentoring by our dedicated volunteers.
As a start, 13 Liaison Officers have been deployed across selected GRCs, with plans to progressively expand coverage to all 18 GRCs.
