CULTIVATING A CULTURE OF LIFELONG LEARNING MENDAKI@Jurong was launched on 25 October 2019 for us to connect with the Malay/Muslim residents in Jurong. It allows us to better understand their needs and ensure that our programmes and services are relevant and accessible to them. STRENGTHENING YOUTH OUTREACH AND ENGAGEMENT MENDAKI’S LATEST YOUTH HUB IN JURONG Together with M3@Jurong and the larger M3 network, MENDAKI@Jurong aims to strengthen outreach to the community to meet their needs and aspirations better. With special focus on youth development, MENDAKI@ Jurong is strategically located near educational institutions where it is a youth hub for students to come together and ideate projects that address community issues. The synergy expands further through our partnerships and collaborations with institutes of higher learning and community partners to provide Malay/Muslim students with a comprehensive and holistic support network so that no one is left behind. 55 MENDAKI ANNUAL REPORT 2019
