University: 13 May 2026 – 15 Jul 2026 (Academic Year : Aug 26 - May 27)
Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Award, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Malay/Muslim Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident(PR).
- Student from local autonomous polytechnic and universities
- Outstanding results:
- At least 3.5 out of 4.0 CGPA from local autonomous polytechnic; or
- At least 4.5 out of 5.0 CGPA from local autonomous university with CGPA scale of 5.0 or 3.6 out of 4.0 CGPA from local autonomous university with CGPA scale of 4.0; or
- grade equivalent for other national-level examinations; and/or
- is pursuing/will pursue full-time course; and/or
- excel in other areas such as sports;
- Exhibited exemplary conduct
- Contributes actively to the community and society
- Has gone through personal hardship and overcome challenges in life
- Comes from a family with per capita household income of $1,000 and below
- Demonstrates strong leadership qualities and potential as demonstrated in Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs)

Quantum: $10,000 per year
Terms and Conditions
- Priority will be given to applicants with outstanding results from low-income families.
- Only complete applications with all mandatory documents provided will be processed. Applications that do not fulfill the eligibility requirements will be rejected.
- Applicants will be shortlisted based on a competitive evaluation among eligible applicants. Do note that fulfilling the eligibility requirements does not automatically result in an award.
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview and may be required to attend engagement session.

- In no more than 250 words, share your hardship or challenges, involvement in community and society projects or activities and/or share with us your leadership qualities through Co-Curriculur Activities. You may also include any testimonials or relevant document to support your write-up.
- Other supporting Documents if any.
