Also known as MENDAKI Pinnacle Award, this award was introduced in 2019 to recognise exemplary individuals who embody the 3Cs – Character, Competency and Citizenry – values that contribute to the Community of Success.

Each AGM recipient will receive an AGM certificate and a $1,000 award, per category.

Disbursement

The award amount will be disbursed to successful applicants approximately two weeks after approval by the Selection Committee. Applicants must submit a photocopy of their bank details to enable the disbursement.

Eligibility Criteria

Selection Criteria:
Character - These qualities could include things like dedication, communication skills, positive attitude, efficiency, commitment to quality and other relevant soft skills.
Competence - Achievements – both Academic & Non-Academic (I.e. attainment of awards, excellence in CCA, leadership)
Citizenry - Displays dedication towards volunteerism for the community or nation

(Note: Excludes school-mandated programmes such as CIP or VIA.)

The AGM award recognises outstanding individuals from the following categories:
GCE ‘A’ Level and IB Diploma
ITE (NITEC and Higher NITEC)
Diploma
Degree

Conditions & Terms

1. Nominees must be current Anugerah MENDAKI 2025 recipients.
2. Nominations are submitted by schools only.
3. The award aligns with the national emphasis on holistic development and MENDAKI’s commitment to community service.

Mandatory documents required to submit application

1. Letter of Nomination / Recommendation (with a letterhead) duly signed by the nominating person/organisation/body/agency (a brief write-up that highlights the achievements of the nominee);
2. Testimonial (with a letterhead) or verification of volunteering experience by the organization.

Application Procedure

1. Application is by nomination;
2. First time applicants must create an account to be able to proceed with the application;
3. All nominations must include testimonials of past achievements and supporting documents;
4. Third party recommendations to vouch for the applicant’s character and integrity must be provided;
5. Yayasan MENDAKI reserves the right to reject incomplete and duplicate applications. Applications that do not meet the eligibility criteria will be rejected;
6. Decisions by the Selection Committee are final and not subject to further review or appeal;
7. We will be in touch with you within 6 to 8 weeks upon closure of the application window;
8. Applications must be submitted via MyMENDAKI portal.
