Vibrance @ Yishun is a collaborative Self-Help Groups (SHGs) Centre run by the four SHGs: the Chinese Development Assistance Council (CDAC), the Eurasian Association, Singapore (EA), the Singapore Indian Development Association (SINDA), and Yayasan MENDAKI (MENDAKI).
It organises educational programmes for students from all ethnic groups, as well as talks and workshops for parents. Each SHG also conducts programmes tailored to its respective community’s needs. The Centre also serves as a common space for the different races to interact and bond.
In addition, the SHGs provide fee waivers to eligible students from low-income families to attend educational programmes conducted by the Centre.
