Ready At Work (R@W)

Ready At Work (R@W) is designed to support Malay/Muslim workers – from entry-level graduates and jobseekers, mid-career workers and professionals, and those re-entering the workforce – to upskill, reskill, and develop the mindset needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving economy.

The programme will consist of

1. “Future of…” Series Workshops & Learning Journeys
2. Career Advisory – Providing personalised guidance, mentoring and resources to help workers make informed career decisions
3. Networking Opportunities through the MENDAKI Professional Networks

At a Glance

• In partnership with ministries and agencies: Digital literacy courses, AI-related training, career planning workshops and industry-aligned certifications
• Community outreach: Pop-up events at community spaces to encourage explore and learn AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot), using SkillsFuture credits for AI-related courses and strengthening essential ICT skills
• Beyond training: Keeps the Malay/Muslim community informed about workforce shifts and emerging opportunities
