Child Development Account (CDA) Top-Up Incentive

After completing the KelasMateMatika (KMM) programme, eligible children will receive a one-time CDA top-up of $360. This incentive supports families as they prepare their children for primary school and encourages saving in the Child Development Account (CDA). The top-up will be credited directly into the child’s CDA.

The CDA top-up provides financial support for your child's early development. You can use the funds for approved expenses such as:

• Childcare and preschool fees
• Medical costs at healthcare institutions
• Early enrichment programmes

This support helps ease financial burden and gives your child better access to learning and development opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Families with children aged 4 to 6 years old
2. Child must have successfully completed the KelasMateMatika (KMM) programme
3. Monthly gross per capita income of $1,500 or below

Application Requirement

Parents of eligible children who have completed the KMM programme will receive an email invitation to apply for the incentive. Please have your child's CDA account number ready for the application.

Terms and Conditions

1. Only fully completed applications with all required documents will be processed. Incomplete applications or those that do not meet the eligibility criteria will be rejected.
2. Parents of eligible children who have successfully completed the KelasMateMatika (KMM) programme will receive an email invitation to apply for the incentive.
3. To qualify, your household’s Per Capita Income (PCI) must be $1,500 or below, based on the income you declare in the application.
4. Each top-up is applicable to one child only and can be received ONCE per child.
5. Yayasan MENDAKI reserves the right to reject incomplete and duplicate applications.

Amount

The disbursement will be $360 per child.

Disbursement

The disbursement is a one-time, single-tranche payment, provided once for each child upon their completion from the KMM programme.

Mandatory Documents Required

1. Please have your child’s Child Development Account (CDA) account number ready when applying.
2. You will also need to upload a copy of your child’s latest CDA statement.

Application Procedure

1. Application is by invitation only. Applications must be submitted online via MyMENDAKI portal.
2. Processing will take up to 3 weeks from the date of complete a submission of application with all required attachments.
