The scheme was introduced in 2026. It is to support deserving Muslim students enrolled in local Institutes of Technical Education (ITEs). It is to encourage these students to continue to excel in their studies.

Application Period

18 Jan 2026 – 30 Apr 2026 (Academic Year : Apr 2026 - Feb 2027)

Eligibility Criteria

1. Malay/Muslim, Singapore Citizen or permanent resident (PR) of Singapore.
2. A full-time, first-year student with prioroty given to students enrolled in courses in the School of Hospitality offered by any of the 3 local ITEs
   1. ITE College Central,
   2. ITE College East and
   3. ITE College West.
3. Have a gross household Per Capita Income (PCI) of S$1000 and below.
4. Good academic results in his/her course of study
5. Not in receipt of any other bursaries
