The scheme was introduced in 1987. It is applicable for third year or final year Accountancy students in the local autonomous universities in Singapore.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the ISCA scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Muslim Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
- Enrolled full-time in their third or final year Accountancy students in any of the following local autonomous universities:
- National University of Singapore (NUS)
- Nanyang Technological University (NTU)
- Singapore Management University (SMU)
- Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT)
- Singapore University of Technology & Design (SUTD)
- Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS)
- Passed first and/or second year-end examinations with a Grade ‘C’ minimum.
- Applicants must obtain the ISCA nomination form from their institution, endorsed by the Head of the Accountancy Department. The completed form, with the necessary institutional endorsement, must be attached and submitted together with the application.

Terms and Conditions
- Only complete applications with all mandatory documents provided will be processed. Applications that do not fulfill the eligibility requirements will be rejected.
- Applicants will be shortlisted based on a competitive evaluation among eligible applicants. Do note that fulfilling the eligibility requirements does not automatically result in an award.
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
- The Scholarship is intended to support the recipient’s educational expenses such as tuition fees, course materials, living expenses and fees for institution-organised educational activities.
- Recipients must re-apply to be considered for the Bursary in the following academic year, subject to meeting all the eligibility criteria.

- Proof of student confirmation into Institution clearly indicating:
- Full Name
- Name of Course
- Commencement Date
- In no more than 250 words, share your achievements & outline your goals for the next 5 & 10 years.
- Other supporting Documents if any.

- Shortlisted applicants will be notified.
