Senior / Executive Officer, Corporate Planning

Job Summary

The Senior Executive Officer (2-year contract) supports the organisation in implementing effective organisational development initiatives such as strategic planning, knowledge and data management, and governance practices. The incumbent is expected to work from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekdays. He/she is largely expected to work in an indoor environment, although he/she may be required to travel out of the office to attend events and meetings.

Key responsibility areas

Strategic Planning and Management

• Manage the strategic planning for the organisation

• Support the exploration, development and implementation of initiatives towards organisational excellence

• Manage the introduction and sustained use of techniques and methods which support an outcome-based approach to performance

Knowledge Management

• Facilitate the integration of information, knowledge, systems, and processes across the organisation

• Champion a knowledge-sharing culture within the organisation

• Support the Corporate Secretariat for internal management meetings

Compliance and Risk Management

• Manager governance and risk management policies and procedures within the organisation

Others

  • Any other duties as assigned by the HOD.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in organisational development is preferred

  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or other relevant disciplines

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage stakeholders across different levels

  • Strong project management and time management skills

  • Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills

  • Resourceful and takes initiative to effect change
