Study Loan Full Time (Local Private, NAFA, LASALLE)

Pengenalan
Pinjaman tanpa faedah ini dibuka kepada semua pelajar beragama Islam.Kuantum pembayaran semula kekal rendah dan meningkat dengan masa, mengikut peningkatan pendapatan siswazah pelajar.

Skim Pinjaman Pengajian Sepenuh Masa MENDAKI bertujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi pendidikan Masyarakat Islam dengan menawar pinjaman tanpa faedah kepada mereka yang memerlukan. Skim inimembiayai pelajar yang melanjutkan pelajaran ke peringkat diploma dan ijazah (degree) secara sepenuh masa, di institusi tinggi pemerintah atau swasta yang berakreditasi di Singapura.

Kriteria Kelayakan
Pemohon hendaklah memenuhi syarat-syarat berikut:

  1. Rakyat/Penduduk Tetap (PR) Singapura beragama Islam
  2. Telah mendapat kemasukan tanpa syarat bagi diploma atau ijazah (degree) secara sepenuh masa di :
    • Institusi tinggi pemerintah tempatan.  Hanya pelajar yang tidak menerima bantuan kewangan di bawah Tertiary Tuition Fee Subsidy (TTFS) atau the Supplementary Assistance Loan scheme (SAS) layak memohon.
    • Nanyang Academic of Fine Arts (NAFA) atau LASALLE College of the Arts
    • Edutrust Accredited institusi swasta tempatan pendidikan tinggi dengan Edutrust dan Sijil Edutrust Star sahaja.
    • Bagi Institusi Edutrust Star & Edutrust Certified, pinjaman akan diluluskan untuk sepanjang tempoh pengajian. Pemohon boleh menyemak Status Edutrust institusi mereka di laman web berikut, www.ssg.gov.sg.
  1. Menandatangani perjanjian dengan MENDAKI untuk pembayaran balik pinjaman. Pemohon diperlukan untuk menyediakan 2 orang penjamin kepada MENDAKI.  2 orang penjamin akan diterimasetelah penilaian oleh Jawatankuasa Pinjaman. Penjamin hendaklah memenuhi syarat-syarat berikut:
    • Rakyat Singapura
    • Berumur antara 21 dan 55 tahun
    • Pendapatan bulanan kasar sekurang-kurangnya $1,500 ke atas
    • Mempunyai pekerjaan tetap sejak 1 tahun lalu
    • Bukan ibu bapa, adik-beradik pemohon atau orang yang tinggal dalam isi rumah yang sama
    • Penjamin pertama dan kedua mestilah bukan dalam isi rumah yang sama
    • Penjamin mesti menghantar salinan kad pengenalan (NRIC) mereka dan slip pendapatan terkini (maklumat akan disimpan secara sulit)
    • Mengemaskini alamat terbaru dengan memberi salinan kad pengenalan (NRIC) pada masa cek terakhir diagihkan
    • Penjamin yang bekerja sendiri mesti menghantar borang IRAS yang terkini atau pernyataan CPF

Perjanjian Pinjaman
Emel akan dihantar kepada pemohon sebaik sahaja pinjaman diluluskan untuk memaklumkan sesitarikh menandatangani perjanjian pinjaman dan pengambilan cek. Pemohon dan penjamin dikehendaki menandatangani penjanjian pinjaman di hadapan pegawai YM di Wisma MENDAKI, 51 Kee Sun Avenue (off Tay Lian Teck Road) Singapura, 457056. Pemohon dan penjamin diingatkan untuk membawa kad pegenalansemasa sesimenandatangani perjanjian pinjaman.

Seperti terkandung dalam perjanjian pinjaman, peminjam perlu memenuhi syarat-syarat berikut:

  1. Lulus semua mata pelajaran sepanjang kursus pengajian;
  2. Tiada pindaan institusi dalam tempoh pengajian yang dipersetujui
  3. Tiada pindaan kursus dalam tempoh pengajian yang dipersetujui
  4. Tidak menarik diri sebelum tamat pengajian
  5. Tiada penangguhan tanpa sebarang alasan yang kukuh
  6. Tamat pengajian dalam tempoh kurikulum

Jika peminjam tidak memenuhi syarat- syarat di atas atau sebarang terma di dalam perjanjian pinjaman, peminjam akan dianggap telah melanggar perjanjian pinjaman dan jumlah pinjaman perlu dibayar balik dengan segera.

Kuantum Pinjaman

Jenis Institusi Jumlah Pinjaman bagi Pengagihan Tahunan
a. Institusi Pemerintah Tempatan Sehingga 80% yuran pengajian(selepas geran pengajian)
b. NAFA atau LASALLE

PCI > $800 : maksima $5,000 atau jumlah yuran sebenar (yang mana lebih rendah)

PCI $450-$800 : maksima $8,000 atau jumlah yuran sebenar (yang mana lebih rendah)

PCI < $450 : maksima $10,000 atau jumlah yuran sebenar (yang mana lebih rendah)

c. Institusi Swasta Tempatan

Pinjaman akan diberikan untuk sepanjang kursus pengajian dan jumlah pinjaman adalah mengikut penilaianJawatankuasa Pinjaman, selepas mengambil kira keadaan kewangan pemohon, kursus pengajian, akreditasi institusi dan sebarang kriteria lain yang relevan. Keputusan Jawatankuasa Pinjaman adalah muktamad.

Agihan Pinjaman
Pemohon akan dimaklumkan melalui emel mengenai agihan cek pinjaman yang seterusnya. Agihan pinjaman seterusnya akan diberi hanya selepas keputusan peperiksaan dihantar melalui menunjukkan bukti bahawa pelajar telah lulus peperiksaan mereka untuk tahun akademik tersebut dan meneruskan pengajian ke tahun yang berikutnya.

Bayaran Balik Pinjaman
Bayaran balik pinjaman boleh dibuat melalui wang tunai, cek, NETS, GIRO atau Perbankan Internet. Pemohon boleh memilih salah satu daripada pilihan berikut.

Pilihan 1 – Bayaran balik segera dari $50 sebulan Pilihan 2 – Bayaran balik segera dari $100 sebulan Pilihan 3 – Bayaran balik selepas 6 bulan tamat pengajian

Bayaran balik bermula selepas 1 bulan agihan pinjaman pada kadar $50 sebulan.

 

6 bulan selepas tamat kursus, jumlah bayaran balik akan meningkat ke $100 sebulan bagi kursus diploma, $250 bagi kursusijazah biasa dan $500 bagi kursus ijazah perubatan.

 

Kenaikkan tahunan sebanyak $100 akan dikenakan.

Bayaran balik bermula  1 bulan selepas agihan pinjaman pada kadar $100 sebulan.

 

Selepas 6 bulan tamat kursus, jumlah bayaran balik akan beterusan $100 sebulan bagi kursus diploma & dinaikkan $250 bagi kursusijazah biasa dan $500 bagi kursus perubatan.

 

Kenaikkan tahunan sebanyak $100 akan dikenakan

Bayaran balik bermula 6 bulan selepas tamat pengajian dengan kadar purata 3 tahun untuk kursus diploma dan 5 tahun untuk kursusijazah.

 

Contoh: Bulanan bayaran dikira dari Jumlah Pinjaman dibahagikan kepada 3 tahun (diploma) atau 5 tahun (ijazah)

Prosedur Permohonan
Permohonan hanya boleh dibuat melalui link ini.Proses pendaftaran akan mengambil masa 3 minggu dari tarikh permohonan diterima. Keputusan permohonan akan dimaklumkan kepada pelajar melalui emel. Permohonan yang berjaya perlu membayar yuran pentadbiran sebanyak $50.00.

Pendaftaran yang tidak lengkap dan tidak memenuhi kriteria kelayakan akan ditolak.
