This year, the Masyarakat Gemilang Conference (MGC) will focus on empowering Malay/Muslim youth to thrive in the modern world. The event will spotlight key areas for youth development:

• Redefining Success: Presented through the Leadership pavilion and co-curated with MENDAKI Club, MGC aims to shift the paradigm of success towards a holistic definition that encompasses personal growth, social impact as well as diverse career paths.
• Building Future-Ready Youth: Presented through the Limitlessness pavilion and co-curated with MENDAKI Professional Network in Tech, MGC aims to cultivate a growth mindset and equip participants with tools and skills to navigate an ever-evolving world.
• Strengthening Community: Presented through the Lifting Lives pavilion and co-curated with National Youth Council, MGC aims to encourage social connections and build supportive networks to uplift individuals and communities.

Similarly, the YOUth@M³ Networking Sessions aim to support students’ development and aspirations, and harness their potential as community assets to give back to the community. Students will also be presented with volunteering opportunities for M³@Towns.
